A defense of sound artist Susan Philipsz' achievement of the 2010 Turner Prize for her audio work "Lowlands," and a response to Richard Dorment of "The Telegraph" for his critical article questioning the status of sound art as art in relation to this prize. The sighs appearing in this collection represent sighs both on behalf of Philipsz and in response to Dorment.
